Building HEalthy Communities (BHC)

The Building Healthy Communities (BHC) Program provides a community-based approaches to youth solvent abuse and mental health crisis management, the two primary components of the program. Activities in this program include assessments, counselling services, referrals for treatment and follow-up treatment, aftercare and rehabilitation to individuals and communities in crisis. 

The BHC Program offers a range of services and community-events which are aimed specifically at helping to improve some of the mental health issues present in our community. These include:
  • Counseling services;
  • Information and awareness programs;
  • Crisis intervention; and
  • Wellness activities
